Has anyone else noticed that Kudos Casino has been awful lately with customer support? I used to always get a reply back pretty quickly when I emailed them. Now they just don’t respond at all. Also, I’m not able to access live chat. A couple months ago I messaged them with a question about playthrough and max cashout, and I got a response that made no sense. I questioned the operator and they did apologize, so I figured they were new and just didn’t know any better. Several weeks later, I asked about my daily kudos credits, which are normally credited automatically, and the operator emailed me back with a rude response telling me to stop bothering them. I am NOT one that contacts support a lot, and I was sensitive to the fact that they were probably stressed or overloaded due to the pandemic.
But now I find it impossible to get a hold of them at all. Has anyone else noticed this?
I will definitely update if I ever get a response to my email from 2 hours ago.
